Slanted Magazine #43—Ukraine

With submitting you agree to the following:

• The undersigned hereby grants to Slanted Publishers UG the non-exclusive right, worldwide and unlimited in time, to reproduce the uploaded material (images, title and credits etc.) in any size in its forthcoming publication “Slanted Magazine #43—Ukraine” in all editions and re-printings of the book, as well as in digital editions (ebook), promotional and instructional materials thereto.
• The rights so granted include the right to reproduce the uploaded material in all media that make the publication available in visual form, and – limited to the purpose of promoting the sales and release – to use the material to promote the book in lectures, workshops, exhibition and broadcasting as well as the right to make it available to the public by any means and methods and to reproduce the material for promotional purposes, including print- and online-promotion.
• Slanted Publishers UG is granted the right to publish and sell the publication under any label and at any price, through all channels of trade.
• The undersigned hereby confirms that any and all information hereto is correct, that the undersigned is either the sole owner of all rights to the material or has been authorized by the owner(s) of such rights to grant the rights herein granted and that the publication of the material will not violate the rights of any third party.
• The undersigned agrees that he/she will not receive any direct financial compensation from Slanted Publishers UG for granting the rights herein, that materials submitted will not be returned, that Slanted Publishers UG is not held responsible for the safekeeping of the material in their possession, and that Slanted Publishers UG is under no obligation to include the aforementioned materials in the book or to publish the book itself.
